Erik Whaley, director of Local Search Traffic, was quoted several times in the 2010 Local Search Ranking Factors (LSRF) Report by David Mihm. The report is a comprehensive survey of local search strategies, tactics and insights from 34 prominent practitioners and bloggers in the local search space, specifically local map listings. David Mihm, an online marketing consultant and local search guru based in Portland, OR, has compiled the report for the past three years.
