I had a great time a few weeks ago speaking at SES in San Francisco. Despite the summer in San Fran being colder than some winter days in Colorado, it was a really rewarding trip. My presentation included a recap of local search’s history and a summary of recent changes.

I don’t claim to have all the answers to where local search is headed, but after a long time in the industry I have a couple guesses.
